Mindfulness is the simple practice of intentionally focusing on the present moment with acceptance and free of judgement. Considering how simple it is and the many ways it can be helpful, we want to create a space where you can try it out. Dr. Elizabeth Frei Dr Frei is a trained Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Therapist (MBSR). I discovered Mindfulness via professional workshops and practices in my professional community. We have both seen and experienced the benefits of mindfulness personally and professionally.
As with most new practices it is easier to do when supported by others. Without high financial or time costs you can try it out to help you decide if it fits for you. No need to reserve or confirm, just show up and enjoy! All we ask is that you come with curiosity, open mind and consider a donation that fits your budget.
The drop-in groups start March 7, 2017.
